We just finished watching the movie, “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and it was an interesting movie to watch with family. Jack Skellington stole Christmas.

The main characters are Jack Skellington, Sally, and the Mayor. Jack started getting bored of Halloween and was in need of some holiday spirt and ran into several doors and found Santa Claus by telling the towns people that there was different worlds out there. He kidnapped Santa Claus and decided he was going to be that worlds Santa for that year and since he was a scary looking guy, he only delivered scary presents to kids. It was a great movie because Tim Burton is very good at animated movies.

Something we liked about the movie was when Jack Skellington had sent the kids to go get Santa Claus and brought back the Easter bunny. He got mad and Jack sent them back to go get Santa Claus. I learned that you should be happy wherever you are and with what you get. Others may learn to be grateful for what they receive.

I feel that people that like Halloween and animated movies will like this movie. I recommend it to teenagers. I feel that this is a great movie and would definitely watch it again. 9/10
