We just finished watching the show ,”Dexter” and it was an interesting show to watch. Dexter is a blood-spatter analyst for the Miami Metro Police department. But at night, he is a serial killer who only targets murders. The main characters for the series are Dexter (Michael C. Hall), Debra (Jennifer Carpenter), Doakes (Erik King), Batista (David Zayas), and LaGuerta (Luna Velez).

The plot of the story is Dexter Morgan, a blood spatter analyst for the Miami Police Department who secretly operates as a vigilante serial killer. Driven by his childhood trauma, his urges are channeled by his adoptive father’s “code” to only kill murderers who have escaped justice. Dexter uses his forensics skills to help him cover up his tracks and to identify his targets. Once he finds his targets he pokes a needle in the side of their neck filled with M99, and afterwards he kills them in plastic wrapped rooms, chops them up into 9 pieces, and puts the  body parts in garbage bags later on takes his boat into the middle of the sea and disposes their bodies out there. Eventually a group of scuba divers discovered an underground graveyard at the bottom of the sea, dozens of bodies were found, and that’s how Dexter gets named “The Bay Harbor Butcher”.

Some things that we liked about the series are when Dexter goes into a vigilante mode and tracks down killers who either get away with it or just don’t get caught. One of our favorite moments is when Dexter tries to Frame Sergeant Doakes because he finds out that Dexter is ” The Bay Harbor Butcher”.
