My name is Ashley M. Avilez and I am a freshmen at NHS (Northbrook High School). Currently, I am in not in any extracurricular activities, but hopefully soon one of them strikes my interest. I hope to be more involved as the years progress, and possibly be involved in sports. My favorite subject is English, and my least is Geometry. I hope to be involved in my Principles of Arts, A/V Tech class, because film and photography interests me a lot. I decided to join journalism because I enjoy writing stories and I hope to work on the yearbook in the future!
