Are the Rockets small ball line up done for?

With Houston being out of the Western Conference Finals, the Rockets are left to ask one question: Will the small ball line up still stand, or will we be heading in the direction of a rebuild?

With the recent news of Mike D’antoni leaving the rockets, who will be in the front office with the GM leading the Rockets to make executive decisions on the court? Things in Houston aren’t looking too bright, especially after the Danuel House Jr fiasco for bringing unauthorized personnel into the bubble without confirmation.

Could we be witnessing the final steps of P.J. Tucker’s career with him currently at the age of 35?

I feel as if he has at least 3 to 5 years left in his career, considering if he can keep himself healthy.

Back to the topic of coaches for Houston, the Rockets have eyed Jeff van Gundy to take the spot of Mike D’antoni. While working for the Pelicans in 2015-16, his name always pops up when you mention the New York Knicks. Although Van Gundy hasn’t coached a game in approx 12 seasons, he has been present in basketball as a fan to simply watch the game and keep an eye on the league.

With the Miami Heat taking the big bad Bucks in 5 with a doozy, they now face the east coast Boston Celtics. While the Celtics are offensive sound, Jimmy “Buckets” Butler is a man on a mission along with Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro. Still, you can’t forget about Andre “Iggy” Iguodala being the wise defensive specialist he is. They sure do pose as a major threat in the east.

Now back to the other contender is the east, Boston with the killer-Kemba walker, Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and last but not least, how could you forget about the behemoth 7’5 Tacko fall?

Now just those names alone could spark a conversation in an instant. Now the series between them hasn’t even started yet, but I know that this year it’s going to take you for a swirl. As of now, all we can do is wait till the first tip-off starts till then sit back, relax, and wait until the battle commences.
